Wrist pain/flexibility
I have wrist pain when I try to do a normal pushup with my hands spread open. At 90 degrees with my hand and wrist. So whenever I do pushups I do it with fingers curled in, on my knickles, on a dumbell or on a yoga block. Any thoughts on this? Program to help with flexibility? Or just an anatomy thing so should just do pushing movments on bars and yoga blocks?

New old man here
195lb 6'3 guy wanting feedback on what to start with Last year I was doing some calisthenics before going fully back in the gym Assisted pistol squats - 6 reps Decline pushup with 20lb in backpack - 20 reps Pullups with 20lb weight - 7 reps Dips on rings - 10 reps Starting out again and want an actual workout to follow I'm 35 years old, with inflexible wrists (need a dumbbell or something on the floor to do a pushup) Should I start with a standard program for general strength? or should I pick a skill to master? Or should I do a mix of both. Thanks!
