Forgot to post yesterday. My boys help me show up. I have to be strong for them. Sunday was more of a rest day. I was mindful with my food and made sure I drank my water. I did breathwork to help me fall asleep which I don't even think I made it 3 minutes.
Day 6. Check-in!
Saturday was absolutely beautiful! Did you get outside and enjoy it or what did you do today?! I slept most of the day because I work tonight!! Stay steady & stay the course. It won't look perfect & may not go as planned, but at least you have a gameplan & can adjust as needed! I have attached one of my favorite Breakfast options & reminder of how to measure your food. Done! Instead of doing my breath work before bed I did it while putting my toddler to sleep. I need you to take my pics lol. I’m not journaling but I will start. A fun fact about me is I love to make things like homemade soap and yummy treats.

Day 4! 4.🧠How does my body respond when I move?
Day 4 is happening! As you can see our days go by no matter what. Time doesn't slow down or even recognize that we are being intentional with our movement, fuel with Protein as our anchor at each meal & Hydrating, breathing with intention to reduce stress, & staying consistent. But You....you see it. Your subconscious knows and in return your body thanks you. Done!✅ No workout since I had a cyst removed from my face. Drank my water goal and got my protein in. And I just finished breath work before I go to sleep. I definitely feel lighter when I do breath work and hoping I can at least go for a walk tomorrow. I always feel energized after moving my body in any way.

It's Day 3! So proud of each of you that are here! If you are just getting started or this is your Day 3 or 4, you are doing amazing and I AM PROUD OF YOU! Be sure you have went through the course under the Classroom tab. Especially the Breathwork page... at the very bottom it has "Resources" and there is a breathwork video for beginner breathwork. I found it hard in the beginning to get quiet 🤫 and quiet my mind. But over time it will happen. The more you do it it, even if for 5 minutes, it will get easier. Done! Didn’t get a workout in but I made my goal of 8k steps. I had protein with every meal and drank my water!
