□ Date | Day Saturday | 14 Feb 2026 □ Title for the day: Staying silent but staying strong □ Goal of this month I am currently in my learning stage. On 1 March 2026, I will review my progress and: 1.Check whether I have completed my web development classes. 2.Confirm whether my 28-day journal is completed or not. 3.Assess how much I have contributed to the community. □ Sleep log Sleep time: 11:00 pm Wake-up time: 7:30 am □ Time log 7:30 – 8:45 Woke up, had breakfast, got ready, and went to the job. 8:45 – 1:30 Job time. At work, my seniors were rude again. They tried to insult me and prove that I know nothing. Whenever a new task comes, they present it in a way that makes me look inexperienced. This mentally disturbs me. I stayed quiet and professional because they are seniors and close to the owner. I chose patience instead of reaction. 1:30 – 6:45 Came back home. Had lunch. Mama made fruit chaat — it was so yummy. Then I helped her with online registration work. 6:45 – 12:05 Had dinner, scrolled reels, engaged in the community, and then slept. □ Meals Breakfast: Ate Lunch: Ate Dinner: Ate □ Wins of the day 1.Controlled my emotions at work despite feeling hurt. 2.Did not react impulsively. 3.Helped my mother with her work. 4.Stayed connected with the community. □ End note Sometimes strength is not speaking back — it is choosing growth over ego. I am still learning. Their behavior does not define my capability. 《 I will improve quietly. One day my work will speak. 》 🌿

Assalamualaikum Aj school ki chutty thi to 1:00 utha nastha Kya nani k ghr gaya khana khaya then khala agayin to cousins k saath horror film 706 dekhi maghrib ki namaz ki jamat krwayi exams ki tayyari ki phir khana khaya ghr aaya ab journal likh Raha hon is k baad so jaoon ga. ALHAMDOLILLAH. Aap ka din kesa guzra. Jazak Allah.

Sleep Timings: Sleeping time: 3 am ( rat stomach irritation ki wjh sy nind nhn awye phr Progressive Muscle Relaxation ki technique use kari...phr jawky nind awyi ) Wake up time: 10:40 am Highlights of the Day: 10:40 - 11:30 - Fresh huwa, deep breathing kari. 10 mins apny sath time spend kara, nashta kara, istagfar ki tasbeeh kari 11:30 - 12:45. Mock tests attempt kary sary subjects jo jo is week mn prhy thy. 12:45 - 1:30. Copywriting ky ab tk ky likhy sary notes revise kary. 1:30- 2:40. Shower liya, zuhr namaz ada kari phr ghr awya...phr thora phone chalaya. 2:40 - 3:30. Khana khaya phr 15 mins walk kari. 3:30 - 4:15. Rahy huwe copywriting notes revise kary. 4:15 - 4:50. Thora rest kara phr ek sales page read kara or uska structure smjha. 4:50 - 6:45. Thori der let gaya... phr wuzu karky asar prhi, quran pak ki tilawat kari.... azkaar kry phr maghrib parhi. 6:45 - 7:45. Warm up kara, 40 mins walk kari, phr stretching kari. 7:45 - 8:20. Esha prhi.... aj deep breathing nhn kar pawya baba ny bula lia tha us waqt phr dosry kamo mn lag gaya... 8:20 - 9. Expressive journalling kari paper py. 9 - 10. 2 sales email read kari loudly. 10 - 10:30. Kuch A-lister copywriter ki newsletter subscribe kary. 10:30 - 11:30. Kuch der siblings ky sath betha, itny mn ama ny khanny ky liye bula lia.... phr khana khaya sbky sath. Aur abhi walk krty journal likh raha phr baba ky pass bethounga. Mistakes / Learnings: Put yourself in the situation that you're fearing, you'll figure out how to manage it. This will make you grow. Prayers: Offered 4 ( jumma, asar, maghrib and esha ) Missed Fajar
