done with today Journal while I had done Journaling prior before but doing it regularly have significantly improve the quality of my life. main goal is to identify negative thoughts and don't let shaitan win and replace negative thought to positive one.

Day 3 | Formula of rizq class 1
my favorite point of the class was k dua foran qabool hi jati hai but hum action nhi lete we don't have audacity to ask or to connect with people. It really resonates with me as I think I am lacking this point. while listening to lecture many thoughts arise on which I could take action so will do that tomorrow inshallah.

Day 25 of Make $1k-$10k in 30 days
8.30 to 11.30pm. Wokeup went to meet some old family friends. Came back back home made breakfast and did packing because I had to come to nani's home, did house chores. Reached after maghrib. Sat with the whole family and now I'm ending my day.

Day 2 | Niche Selection
just watched video and it have cleared my some of doubts, while rest of it would be sorted when I try different things. one thing is confirm I am not for video editing as I try to edit one yesterday and it was not a good experience. So I decided to explore skool more as I have background of course creation, management of school, documentation, r&d, slides, activities and other things. Along with that I have great data analysis skills. now I have to combine these skills in to a beautiful package for client.
Day 2 | Journal
To alter belief system, we must first acknowledge our limiting belief then we have to provide opposite thoughts, feelings and behavior to dispute that belief. like if I belief I wouldn't get that so to tackle it I would do 3 things alternative thought: I am getting that alternative feeling: imagining I have get that alternative behavior: I would do action to achieve that goal. and have to remind our mind again and again with success stories, with feeling of getting that thing so that it start accepting as reality. Aa our beliefs are former by almost 20 or + years of lifespan, of course it wouldn't change over a night but by constantly providing evidence against our limiting belief could help.
