I initially began this journey into a more wholistic approach to my well-being in 2006 when my daughter was born. I’ve had a few ups and downs In that time frame yet was able to gain certification in Natural Health, Yoga, and Shaolin Gung Fu(2nd degree black belt) internal and external martial arts.
