Replay is up. @Mandy Smith's presentation is available inside the Academy Classroom here. 🤫 SECRET TRICK: Homemade Gatorade 1/2 c coconut water 1/2c water 1 tablespoon honey (that's the big spoon) Juice of a lemon/lime/orange (can substitute any juice here) Pinch of sea salt (1/8th teaspoon, that's the little spoon) Action Steps this week: 1.
