I'm currently running a few fighters through a French contrast for the last stretch of their fight camp and I was wondering what I need to focus on for the week of the fight. Is there a method I'm missing or should the fighters just focus solely on skill training and cutting?

Training split for condensed conjugate using a 3 day model
What do we all go towards when developing a 3 day model using the condensed conjugate? ME Upper - ME Lower - ME Full or DE Upper/ME Lower - DE lower/ME Upper - ME Full?

Sprint progressions in MMA programming
This is kind of a loaded question for the group, but what do we all think about sprint progressions (i.e. A/B/C skip) in the warm ups? Since our sport isn't heavy on sprint in the literal sense compared to track and field, is it necessary to have our athletes spend time on them?
