Hey, guys. I have a fighter who may want to take a last minute fight in 3 weeks. He's 193lb going down to 170. Currently his program was consisting of a condensed conjugate style, 3 days a week. My concerns are what markers do I need to be aware of if the cut goes wrong and what should preferably change in his current program. Right now I'll be cutting the heavy lifts frequency, but what else? Thank you in advance.
