Who are you? What do you do?
From anecdotal experience this group is about 70% entrepreneur or side-hustler (which is awesome). Use this as a thread to shamelessly say who you are( why you do, and the mission you are on. Your work and mission are a huge part of who you are and the path of freedom and growth you are on. Share and discuss in this category!

Ed Lister, I live in North County San Diego, and over 70 years of age and looking to extend my quality of life and not become a couch potato. I feel like I have a lot of ability in my stretches, but interested in wanting to learn a variety of stretches. I have done a lot of sports and stretching is essential, but not warming up correctly can lead to mirco tears that will hinder your physical activities and routine. The video exercises are good to find a flow that is comfortable to follow. I also go to the gym and swim, lift weights, cycle, and use the saunas. I am also an outdoors type, hunt, fish, ski, rock climb and hike.

I've started last week and my joints and muscles are extremely tight, but following along maybe not at the level that is being demonstrated but trying to understand the technique. I don't think I'm quite ready for a video to present...

When you reach the age of +70 and are retired you try to regain some of what you missed. I am trying to live and make my life better.
