Like the comment "..your goal is not to do as I do, its to find your limit you have, and just go your limit, take a peek and come back!"

Liked the stretches, but a little too quick for me to attend the posture and flexibility. I look forward to reaching a level where I can see measurable results.

Happy Valentines Day! Today is the first day time Aisha and I have gone through the flow together. Was actually really fun…

I have been following the video and find that the push up are more difficult and I have strenght and pain issues in my rotocuff area. In the past week, my arms in that area seem weak or weakened. I don't know if all the techniques are cause me to feel sore (the next day) or if it's too much activities too soon. I my have a little more flexiblilty, but sharp pain in the shoulders stops me to feel the benefits. However, I also have other circuits that I'm involved in that could also contribute to the pain. I plan on using the method and trying to become more flexible, and I guess it's trying to find a balance to lower the pain that occurs about 3 hours after the exercise. I've been using supplements such as BPC 157, Salonpas patches, and hot tub soaks to assist in addressing the pain and ligament soreness. I find your videos are more advance than I am achieving, but still working to get there. The videos are helpful for me to follow along, and trying your stretching techniques makes me more understanding of the techniques. Have a great day!

I've have had the roughest time trying to loosen up my arms, so I can clasp them behind my back. I so far have gotten about 3 inches since I've started. I still have at least 5 inches to touch my hands together. However, I am gamed to make it happen...
Who are you? What do you do?
From anecdotal experience this group is about 70% entrepreneur or side-hustler (which is awesome). Use this as a thread to shamelessly say who you are( why you do, and the mission you are on. Your work and mission are a huge part of who you are and the path of freedom and growth you are on. Share and discuss in this category!

@Jacob Hiller I am trying to follow your lead, however years of doing nothing has stiffen my ligiments and joints. I'm looking for ways to increase my flexability and improve my balance. So, far your videos are helpful, but still have a long way to reach my/your goal.

I had a set back the other night while at my FMA class, my partner hyperextended my right arm, elbow, shoulder. So, this morning and afternoon I've been doing a light stretches. I find that I have more movement this evening, as my arm is not as stiff as it was when I woke up this morning. I plan on continuing stretching and working areas of my body that doesn't affect my right arm. I have used a deep impact massager on my arm to assist in the recovery, along with Salonpas patches.

When you reach the age of +70 and are retired you try to regain some of what you missed. I am trying to live and make my life better.
