@Danielle Dreher completely agree! I’ve been getting educated in property over the last year, and Im interested to see how many people have the same problems or make the same mistakes! Me and my partner are starting a podcast as complete newbies in the industry, and I want to talk about all these things and also not make them myself! 🙌🙌
