Even if there was only one hour left before 2026, a deal could still happen. One call. One conversation. One yes. And that one deal can change your life. Nothing is impossible if you stay in motion. If you’re feeling stuck, don’t isolate yourself. Reach out. Ask questions. Talk to people who’ve already been through what you’re going through now. Someone else has felt the same confusion. Someone else has made the same mistakes. Learn from their experience instead of carrying the weight alone. Stay in the game. Finish strong.

Leaky roofs getting worse with winter weather. Properties they’re tired of carrying into another year. Deadlines, taxes, and stress all piling up at once. They don’t want to drag these problems into 2026. They want relief. They want cash. They want a clean reset. Here’s the part most people miss (and this is key): The holidays create a perfect storm for opportunity. • Less competition because other wholesalers take the week off • Sellers are home and actually answering calls • Emotions are higher at year-end, decisions come faster • Follow ups hit harder when motivation peaks This Monday might actually be one of the best days of the year to work. So ask yourself honestly: Which feels better on Christmas Day cookies and eggnog with hope, or cookies and eggnog knowing you locked up a $30k to $50k deal? I’m not saying skip Christmas.
