Pre challenge check list β¬οΈ 1. Have macros set in your calorie tracking app βοΈ 2. Have your name signed to a coach on the clipboard at the front desk at the gym βοΈ 3. Post a screen shot of your completed macros at the end of each day βοΈ (if you have any questions about this, please comment below) Things to remember: - Non of this works if you dont actually hit your calories, protein, carbs, and fats daily. They dont have to be perfect, but you want to be within 10% of each goal at the end of each day - There are no days off with tracking. everything you consume must be tracked and posted in Skool at the end of each day - When tracking macros, you always want to start high so you have room to adjust intake and decrease calories as the months go on and your metabolism and weight adjust - There are no dumb questions, post your questions in Skool and I'll get to them as soon as possible - Challenge starts April 1st but I highly suggest you get the ball rolling now, that way you can get good practice and ask me any questions before we go live
