I have the same issue, I just push through it. What is the optimal way to maximize your efficiency with workouts. Example Monday chest/shoulders Tuesday bicep/triceps? How do you schedule for best results?

Black coffee that’s great . Currently I work out at least 5 times a week. Work out times average 45 to 60 minutes. I give myself a least a day of rest between work on chest, arms, legs, shoulders and back.
