you i am Alfie a 14 years old from the uk and my goal this year is to learn a handstand and maybe hspu but i am unsure in how i should train rn i do 3 30 secs wall hold and exorcize like pike pushups and hollow body hold tbh my strength is not the problem it is balance any idea how to smash this goal this year .
When you are doing a handstand, you have to remember all the correct activations. 1 Keep your head between your shoulders and not forward (while also looking down). 2 Activate your glutes, abs and legs and point your feet forwards (like gymnasts do) When you are in a handstand you have a certain range of going forwards and backwards. Whenever you go out of this range you fall. This range can be trained though, and to make it bigger you just need experience in the handstand, so practice as much as you can.
