15 things to do when practising SelfLove
Sit in silence without fixing anything. Express your grief without explaining why. Shower, but slowly. Allow yourself to be healed by the water. Eat a full dinner without using your phone. Stretch without ‘working out’. Journal what you won´t (yet) say out loud. Cancel plans when you need to - without justifying it. Breath into your belly for 3 minutes. Clean one small place in your home intentionally. Sit outside and do nothing. Feel your anger without acting on it. Allow boredom to happen. Take a nap without guilt. Make eye contact with yourself in the mirror. Touch the earth-walk barefoot if you can. Give yourself time before you say Yes- to anything that´s not a clear YES in your body.

Some of these are part of my micro dosing practices as well like long showers, stretching, sitting in silence, eating without my phone (always) and taking a nap without guilt 😊

@Anna Linde I think we under estimate how much the little things matter. Small things compound. Having 10 minutes for yourself or writing for 5 minutes in a journal isn't much but it matters as a collective.
Microdose what you need
How can you microdose what you need? If you don’t have access to a jungle and elephants, how can you bring what you need in smaller portions into your days? Do you hold space for listening to your favorite music? Do you allow yourself to stay in bed five more minutes before you leave for going up in the mornings? Do you actually use the restroom when you need or are you more focused in not being ’rude’ or interrupting someone?

Music, nature and water are my three favourite micro dosing methods I love to sing out loud and dance Walks in the early morning or simply opening the window and taking some deep breaths. I am in the fortunate position of being able to wake up whenever I want so enjoying time in bed is an easy one for me.

Welcome to the Future
Your nervous system sets your income. Not your mindset. The Embodied Rewire is a Somatic Wealth program designed for Women from the Global Majority to release inherited scarcity and expand their nervous system's capacity to receive and sustain aligned wealth. This space is for you if: ✦ You´ve done mindset-work but still feel your body contract in fear around money. ✦ You cringe trying to use non-personal formulas and buisness-strategies that´s not rooted in your particular gifts and lineage. ✦ You carry inherited scarcity, survival patterns and fear that you are ready to release. ✦ You're ready to expand your capacity for receiving - emotionally, energetically and financially. ✦ You are ready to step away from unsustainable and interchangeable marketing advice and learn to listen to your intuition and guttfeeling. ✦ You value real strategies and structure and understand the importance of integrating both your mind, spirit and body in your work.

My fear is about visibility as well as money. As I step back into the role of mentor/coach after 15 years away from it, I feel physically afraid. Not a slight pit in my stomach but actual fear as if I have someone coming after me. It's so strange to experience. My fear around money is not about earning it but the stories I tell myself about my family. That suddenly my children will become alcoholic drug takers because we have a huge abundance of money now 😂 Also the fear that suddenly I will be responsible for a lot of people as they come to me for money. Especially family from abroad. And the sheer weight of that responsibility. If people believe I am broke they leave me alone. If they knew the truth I wouldn't see a moments peace and so I act like someone who is broke to keep myself safe. I think that's all nervous system regulation issues right? Even sharing this I feel afraid because your group is public which means this will be found in the search engines for anyone to read!
