Cancel plans when you need to - without justifying it.
Breath into your belly for 3 minutes.
Clean one small place in your home intentionally.
Sit outside and do nothing.
Feel your anger without acting on it.
Allow boredom to happen.
Take a nap without guilt.
Make eye contact with yourself in the mirror.
Touch the earth-walk barefoot if you can.
Give yourself time before you say Yes- to anything that´s not a clear YES in your body.
