@Deborah Carson Same here, I love this one so much. And putting an alarm to remember things is something I genuinely recommend- how else to create new patterns and routines (rituals) that brings us closer to where we want to be. Happy for your success!

@Anna Taty Grundström Totally agree. And as important to continue to be a part of de-centering whiteness and make sure we acknowledge where practices/knowledge come from and honor the lands and tribes that is a part of it.
Hate showing your face on camera?
This is not a tech-problem. It took me three new cameras to understand that it wasn´t about my props, but about my own visibility-wound. 💫Re-frame: You are not afraid of being Seen. You are afraid of being Seen and misunderstood or being Seen and being rejected anyway. 💫Work: Practice in witnessing yourself in small scale, without pushing for you to produce/perform or be in a specific way. Practice in being seen by others, in small ways - without excusing your existing or apperence.

I bet! I was also in one of those challenges before, but I was to dysregulated to even finish it. Many years ago now, and to be honest, even if I finished it - I don´t think I would of been able to hold the results and stayed present even if I finished it. What did you do with everything that came up? Journaled?
15 things to do when practising SelfLove
Sit in silence without fixing anything. Express your grief without explaining why. Shower, but slowly. Allow yourself to be healed by the water. Eat a full dinner without using your phone. Stretch without ‘working out’. Journal what you won´t (yet) say out loud. Cancel plans when you need to - without justifying it. Breath into your belly for 3 minutes. Clean one small place in your home intentionally. Sit outside and do nothing. Feel your anger without acting on it. Allow boredom to happen. Take a nap without guilt. Make eye contact with yourself in the mirror. Touch the earth-walk barefoot if you can. Give yourself time before you say Yes- to anything that´s not a clear YES in your body.
