Hello everyone. My name is Derrick I'm 47 and im excited to join this community. I use to work out 4-5 days a week lifting heavy weights years ago and I've tried multiple times to get back into it in the past 2 years or so but I've been bothered by nagging pain in shoulders, elbows, and knees.I believe this program is what I need to get back on track thanks to Keith for putting this community together!
