Stats Wall sit 2:15 25 pushups Plank 1:45 Today the intensity would be a 7/10, I say this because I had to push to my limits, but I wasn’t to tired after. I learned to just push through the last couple moments until your body literally collapses. I had difficulties with my posture during the plank but I still stayed straight the whole time. I would like to improve my plank time and to do more push ups.
