Emotional Healing ❤️✨
My beautiful family 🤍 I want to open my heart and share with you why I have been quiet. The past period has taken me into a very deep space of emotional healing, releasing, and transformation. It was not a linear path, and it was not always light. I moved through waves of heavy emotions, grief, memories, realizations, and truths that my soul was finally ready to face. I struggled a little with my diet during this time. I stayed healthy, but allowed myself more cooked foods, more grounding, more softness, because healing is not about perfection, it is about honesty. I needed space to simply be with myself, with my feelings, with my own energy, without forcing, without escaping, without pretending to be strong. Detox is not always easy or beautiful in the way people imagine. Sometimes detox means crying for hours. Sometimes it means feeling grief you didn’t know was still inside you. Sometimes it means seeing parts of yourself you once avoided. Sometimes it feels like everything is dissolving, your identity, your patterns, your old self, so something more true can be born. And yet… within the heaviness, there was beauty. Deep beauty. Sacred beauty. I felt layers leaving me. I felt old pain dissolving. I felt myself softening, opening, transforming. It was one of the deepest and most difficult shedding periods of my life, but also one of the most real, most honest, most powerful. I cried. I released. I allowed. I surrendered. I listened. I stayed with myself. I did not run away from what I felt. And in that space, something inside me became quieter, clearer, truer. I want you to know, if you ever walk through something like this, you are not broken. You are not going backwards. You are not failing. You are healing. You are shedding. You are remembering. You are becoming. Healing is not a race. It is not a straight line. It is a sacred unfolding. Move gently. Move honestly. Move at your own rhythm, your own pace, step by step, breath by breath. I love you all so deeply. I am holding you in my heart and sending you the softest, warmest, most beautiful healing energy on your journey. 🤍
