Hollow Shells
I have been making macarons on and off for years now and have yet to find the perfect recipe. Recently, I have been trying to perfect the swiss meringue method and I cannot seem to get it right. My shells are always hollow!

@Julie Kitchens but thats ingredients waste.. I would love to share full macs and fillings when I get back there. did today with only albumin but that tasted really bad and didint look good 😅

Today is my third times trying out crystal recipe. Everything still looking good. Full mac today but i still need to adjust my oven temp because it seem alittle hot in oven some are crack but still a good mac. When it too cold my macaron isnt as smooth.
