🌿✨Alchemy Support Hour— Friday— 1/23/26– 5:10p-6:10p
Hello Alchemists! Happy Friday! As we head into the weekend, I want to invite you into a small moment of awareness and Friday reflection. Notice how often your hand reaches for your phone — not to judge it, not to shame it — just to observe it. Is it boredom? Discomfort? Habit? Loneliness? Restlessness? Or simple connection? Each reach is information. Each pause is an opportunity to choose presence instead of autopilot. This weekend, try this: Before unlocking your phone, take one slow breath and ask yourself, “What am I actually needing right now?” More rest? More movement? More connection? More silence? Let your awareness guide you back to yourself. 💛 Reflection Question: What do you notice about your relationship with your phone… and what would you like to choose more of this weekend — scrolling or living? I’ll be in the office this evening until around 6:15pm, please feel free to sit and be, or reach out if you need guidance. You can even make your own post in the community tab sharing a big win this week so we can celebrate you!

@Jenn Bethune I have tasks to do as well. In thinking about your question, I think I reach for my phone when I'm bored and/or trying to put off boring household tasks!

Happy Monday! Alchemy Support Hour— 1/19/26 — 5:20-6:20p est
How’s everyone feeling today? I don’t know about you, but I’ve been feeling extremely fatigued over the last few days. A few of my friends said they’d been experiencing exhaustion too. If you are feeling overly tired right now, you aren’t alone. Days like these can feel like they take forever to get through. I also want you to know that everything is temporary and tired days won’t last forever. For now, I’ve been trying to take little micro rests when I’m beginning to feel drained. Even if just for two minutes, my rest is pausing to look at the birds jumping from branch to branch in the trees and noticing the fluffy clouds float by my window. When my awareness comes back to the present moment, I take a deep cleansing breath, feeling slightly more refreshed. What’s something you’re doing that’s working for you? I’d love to hear about it! Also, I wanted to mention, Please feel free to make posts in the group too. Tell us great things that are happening in your life and share your struggles, this is a safe space where we can all support each other to not feel so alone in life. I surely am grateful you’re here 🫶 I’ll be in the office til around 6:20p, so please reach out if you need some support.

📌📚✨ Lesson #6 is live: Giving Gratitude ✨
Most people think gratitude is about “being positive.” But what if it’s actually about learning how to come back to yourself when life feels heavy? This week inside the Emotional Alchemy Classroom, we’re exploring how gratitude can shift big emotions, calm the nervous system, and help you find steadiness even in messy seasons. Not through forcing happiness… but through grounding, breath, awareness, and real-life practice. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or disconnected lately — this one might land softly where you need it most. 🌿 Emotional Alchemy members can jump into the full lesson and SoulWork now. For everyone else… I’d love to know: What is one small thing you can give gratitude to today?

Just want to add, you will persevere Jenn, even though it's hard to be near your trigger site. You will because "hard" is what helps us grow and you are a great example of someone that is always blooming, whether the journey is harder or easier.

Good Evening Alchemists! How is the weather where you are right now? For me, it’s 64 with a very cool breeze on top of my deck. Something I’ve noticed with traveling around the country is that the weather can really affect my mood and state of being depending on where I am. A few years ago, we spent the spring in Oregon & Washington State. There would be times that the sun didn’t shine for daaaaaays on end. After about a week of drizzly rain, one day we were outside and the clouds parted; the sun beaming against a bright blue sky. In that moment, I was so immensely grateful to feel the sun on my skin. For those of you living where it’s cold, dreary, and all you see is gloomy gray— warm skies are ahead, this too shall pass. Take this time to cocoon within your space you call home and nurture it. Maybe move around some pictures you’ve had hanging in the same spot for years. You could even re arrange the livingroom furniture for something new and exciting. It feels good when we change things up a bit and becomes happy with our space again. This can go for clearing out our mind too. So much stagnant, old energy resides there and it needs to be cleared and re-arranged as well. Going inward during this season of gloom can help us blossom for the most radiant spring. Of course, this can even happen here in Florida too. The last 4 days, my body has been nudging me to rest, slow down. I’ve felt like the only place i am safe is inside my bus. Being in the location of my major trauma is taking a toll on me and I know the best thing I can do is follow my knowing. My nudge is telling me to pause and let everything settle. Sometimes my rest is coming up on the deck for a few minutes and admiring the view, sitting inside by my house plants with my tea, or even walking to the lake. I’ve found taking pauses has helped me tremendously to stay balanced. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, it’s okay for you to rest too. I’ll be in the office this evening from 5pm-6pm, please feel free to leave a comment on this post for guidance, support, or just to say hi 👋

@Jae Dee Thank you. Having my morning "observe the moment" at the window as I type. Snow flakes drifting to the ground....
✨Wednesday Within✨
If today feels full — pause. Notice what’s sitting in your chest, your shoulders, your jaw. No fixing. No judging. Just noticing. Your emotions aren’t a problem to solve. They’re information asking to be heard. This moment of listening is where emotional alchemy starts. What’s asking for your attention right now?

@Jae Dee You have a lot on your plate. As Jenn says, make sure to take a few moments for yourself.
