How’s everyone feeling today? I don’t know about you, but I’ve been feeling extremely fatigued over the last few days. A few of my friends said they’d been experiencing exhaustion too. If you are feeling overly tired right now, you aren’t alone. Days like these can feel like they take forever to get through. I also want you to know that everything is temporary and tired days won’t last forever.
For now, I’ve been trying to take little micro rests when I’m beginning to feel drained. Even if just for two minutes, my rest is pausing to look at the birds jumping from branch to branch in the trees and noticing the fluffy clouds float by my window. When my awareness comes back to the present moment, I take a deep cleansing breath, feeling slightly more refreshed.
