I want your input before I build our 2026 event calendar…
As we head into a new year, I want to pause and name something important. Learning how to use social media strategically is no longer optional if you want a business that grows with consistency, integrity, and longevity. This isn’t about trends. Or dancing. Or becoming someone you’re not. It’s about learning how to clearly communicate what you do, who you help, and why it matters — in a digital world that’s not slowing down. Social media is a skill set. And like any skill, when you learn it well, it compounds. It gives you: • More influence without more hours • More clarity instead of constant second-guessing • More confidence showing up as yourself • More professional growth — even if you never plan to be an ā€œonline personalityā€ That’s why I’m already mapping out trainings, events, and deep-dive workshops for the new year. 🚨 Viral Storytelling Reel Alert
I’m going to start posting viral storytelling reels that I think we ALL can do. If you don’t know how to do reels yet, watch the Reels training in the Classroom (yes, you’ll need to post and engage here for it to unlock for you…. Well worth it!) The thing about viral trends? These are timely. And they are important to grow your following and to show the platforms that you’re paying attention and are playing the game as a creator. So watch it. See if you like it. Envision how you would make it YOURS. And go for it. If you see a viral trend that you love? Drop it here in Skool for everyone, too! (I made a new category!) Now a bit of teaching: Storytelling reels are what tend to go viral. They are ā€œtop of funnelā€ (attraction) content. If you’re building your audience, go with storytelling reels! If you’re on IG, use the Trial reels function with storytelling reels…. Daily even! Here’s a month over month comparison that shows just how radically important reels are to your social media growth strategy. Mid Oct to mid Nov āž”ļø very little focus on reels Mid Nov to mid Dec āž”ļø DAILY focus on reels What’s important to pay attention to? 1ļøāƒ£ Views: 36k vs 63k 2ļøāƒ£ Accounts Reached: 5.9k vs 21.5K 3ļøāƒ£ % of Non-Followers: 21% vs 52% WHY does this matter? Because you need reach into non-follower accounts to grow YOUR followers. My goal? 75% non-follower reach in the new year. That means more reels. More trending content in MY voice, telling my story. Are these numbers compelling enough for you to double down on reels, too? šŸ‘‡šŸ‘‡
