2026 planning questions:
@Ally Mona I have just finished the Event Blueprint and I must just add that it was so fantastically structured and clearly communicated! Just love it! I have the following question: for doterra business building, what do you guys create the event around? Your chosen Hero product? Only one Event? The thing is that I have created a program (through another program before I joined you Ally) that basically combines: Calming nervous system to stress less, being more present, raising consciousness and sleep better - where of course doterra products are included but also meditation, sound healing and working with limiting beliefs. My plan was to include doterra in the teaching but gives it less of a focus. I am now thinking of creating a second event only on my Hero product but am aware that this is alot of work. An important issue is that I start 2026 lighter in the horse year:) but on unemployment payment and am in need of income (as fast as possible). I am gaining new clients for doterra through adds and will hopefully grow in ranks in 2026 and create a facebook community with monthly nurturing meetings also. Enough work to focus on in other words - the days fly fast and I need to focus and actually get the money rolling in step by step. I guess my question is hard to answer - and I think it is of a strategic 2026 one: Should I focus on my initial program + adds for doterra clients until I have more information on the program (success etc) or "ditch" the adds for doterra clients which is timely and costly as we send out 8 small testers to each client and I have about 1-3 new clients pr month and switch to doing 2 events. One for the program and one for doterra? OOPS, long post, sorry. And appreciate any expert thoughts here as I am overimpressed on what you manage to produce:) Happy to hear if you have a product that can help me get up and running fast!:)

@Alexia Michelle Hatjoullis yes one event that you work to improve over time. I would absolutely sell the products on the call and offer a direct link to buy and a 20 min 1:1 calls in case people have questions before they buy.

@Alexia Michelle Hatjoullis perfect! Can’t wait to see it
This is really HARD some days…
I want to share something real with you today. I woke up this morning and did what I know a lot of us do — I opened social media looking for inspiration. And instead of feeling motivated, I felt completely shut down. Everyone’s content looked confident. Clear. Successful. And within minutes, I was drowning in self-doubt. It hit harder than I expected, and it led to a really honest, emotional conversation with Ron — the kind where you’re trying to explain what’s happening inside you while also realizing how heavy it feels out loud. During that conversation, I grabbed a little b-roll and turned it into a reel. Not because it was comfortable, but because it was true and the way to combat other people feeling like this is to show the HARD too. I know many of you are building businesses, learning how to show up online, and trying to be consistent… and some days social media doesn’t fuel you — it drains you. If that’s ever happened to you, you’re not alone here. Vulnerability doesn’t have to be big or dramatic. Sometimes it’s just letting people see the moment before you feel strong again. If you want to see what that looked like for me, here’s the reel: 👉 https://www.instagram.com/reel/DTDiKFnDjJP/?igsh=YmxvOGxqY2d2cm5h And if today started heavy for you too, I’m really glad you’re here.❤️ Can you relate? 👇

@Alexia Michelle Hatjoullis it’s a horrible feeling indeed. If we talked about it more, perhaps we wouldn’t feel so alone when it strikes!

Facebook and Instagram
@Ally Mona I am planning to make posts on Facebook this year. Only did IG last year and shared these on facebook. I guess I should then stop sharing the posts and stories from IG in this case? Or what do you suggest?

You can share stories between the two platforms still. I would play with different formats for each though - Facebook still like written content with a pic… IG likes reels and carousels. You can say the same things, just using a content type that the platform likes best.
I want your input before I build our 2026 event calendar…
As we head into a new year, I want to pause and name something important. Learning how to use social media strategically is no longer optional if you want a business that grows with consistency, integrity, and longevity. This isn’t about trends. Or dancing. Or becoming someone you’re not. It’s about learning how to clearly communicate what you do, who you help, and why it matters — in a digital world that’s not slowing down. Social media is a skill set. And like any skill, when you learn it well, it compounds. It gives you: • More influence without more hours • More clarity instead of constant second-guessing • More confidence showing up as yourself • More professional growth — even if you never plan to be an “online personality” That’s why I’m already mapping out trainings, events, and deep-dive workshops for the new year. But before I decide what we focus on… I want to hear from you. 👇 Tell me in the comments: 1️⃣ What topics do you most want to learn or go deeper on next year? 2️⃣ Are there specific events or trainings you’d love me to host? If I don’t have the expertise, I’ll find the expert ❤️ 3️⃣ What feels confusing, heavy, or unfinished for you right now when it comes to social media or your business? Nothing is too basic. Nothing is “behind.” Your answers will directly shape what I build for this community. I want to teach what actually helps you move forward. One clear next step at a time. I’m listening. Drop it below 💛

@Doris Baeck I love how you’re thinking about this. Target market is absolutely covered in the training and it’s a topic that is perfect for Fridays open coaching if you’re available at that time to come on and talk about it after you’ve learned those basics!!
