This is something I've been wanting to build for you FOREVER... and it's finally here. When you first get into the community, I know it can feel pretty overwhelming. There's a lot to learn before you launch your business on Social Media, and this community is chocked full of resources to help you get there. BUT, a confused mind can't move... so I've simplified it for you. There's a new course in the Classroom called the Student Journey Roadmap. I want to talk about something I’ve been noticing on our live calls. Some of you start your questions with: “I don’t want to take up too much time…” “Sorry, this might be a dumb question…” “I’ll be quick…” And I understand where that comes from. Many of us have been in spaces—work, family, school, even past programs—where it felt safer to stay small. Where asking too much, needing clarity, or taking time felt inconvenient or uncomfortable. I want you to hear this clearly: This is not that space. This isn’t the “Ally Show.” This is a learning environment. A coaching room. A community. When one person asks a question, it almost always unlocks clarity for someone else who didn’t realize they needed to ask it too. Questions don’t derail the Coaching call—they ARE the call. You never need to apologize for: • Wanting clarity • Thinking out loud • Asking the “one more thing” • Taking the time you need to actually understand Your kindness and generosity toward one another is one of the things that makes this community special—and that won’t change. But I also want this to be a place where you don’t feel like you have to shrink, rush, or minimize yourself to be respectful. You are allowed to take up space here. A LOT of it. You are allowed to receive support. You are allowed to get what you need. If something feels fuzzy—ask. If you’re stuck—say it out loud. If you need help—this is exactly what this space is for. You belong here. Your questions and experience REALLY matter. And you never need to apologize for taking up space in a room that was built with you in mind.
