Finding a new Mountain to climb
Most people think once you get to the top of the mountain, the only way is down. However that's not true... Once you climb your mountain and conquer it you find a new mountain to climb. The same principle applies with exercise and nutrition. Once you achieve your goal you transition to a different milestone. Whether it's getting bigger, leaner, stronger, you shift your mindset and change up your approach in terms of how you will climb that new mountain. Now of course theirs maintenance which I'm totally for, however, there's always something else to conquer and you want to love what you are doing so you can keep on doing it. Making the process fun and enjoyable is the number one hack for success. My view on this is if you can find a reason to keep on doing something then you should keep on doing it as long as it's ethical of course. All in all, find the new mountain to climb, devise a plan, and give yourself enough time to conquer it.

The consistency (the hardest part) Make it easy
So you have your plan which is awesome. The question now is do you have the consistency? I find that most people are worrying about the plan they are going to be using but haven't even walked into the gym yet due to their lack of consistency and determination. The workout and nutrition plan requires reps and in order to get those reps you need to be consistent. So my theme that I'm running with on this post is consistency. Ask yourself if you are going to be dedicated or not. If your dedicated and consistent you can move on to the next step. If not, lets get you found and place you in the right spot. Why do you want to change your physique? You clearly came to this post to find something out. Is it because you're not confident? Is it because you're just not happy with the way you look? Is it because you can't play regular sports because you're out of shape? Whichever question suits you is the one you are going to figure out, run with, and most importantly... Have the answer to. You will use that in a time when your mindset is at a low point so you can move forward. Remember the reason that you're transforming your physique, that's where the value in what you're doing lies. That's what gives the plan the value and ultimately the value comes from within.

You don't find your Training Routine...
Most people believe that they need to follow Mr. 8 time Olympia's routine to get jacked. Now well that may get you jacked, it doesn't offer a crucial element. The element I'm talking about is "what serves you" Being in the gym six times a week doing cardio everyday isn't why you guys are looking for. You're looking to bring in results with sacrificing your social life. So why do six days a week when you can do THREE TIMES a week and still get the same result. Ultimately three times a week still gives you enough time to hit the desired targeted muscles, you can progressively overload, and most importantly NOT SACRIFICE ANYTHING! Do three full body workouts a week with higher intensity and focus on doing 3 sets of 8-12 reps to stick in that hypertrophy range. Again... Make sure you're progressively overloading, your intensity is up, and results will come to you.

Why to never give up
Do you ever feel like you’re not enough? Stop feeling that way. I know this doesn’t fall into the category of fitness but this could certainly relate to your fitness journey. As you scroll through your Instagram or TikTok feed you see all these A1 physiques and you constantly compare yourself. I’m guilty of this. When I get complacent and I feel like I veer off my path, I always think about the progress I made. You should tell yourself that you’ve made progress and there’s a significant amount to come your way as long as you stick with the plan. Stop deviating. Dig deep!

Figure out your Timeline
Now when I say figure out your timeline... I can mean a hold load of things. However, the timeline I'm talking about is more catered towards your transformation. What I'm about to tell you is gonna take minimum 1 month! (Then we progress to the next thing) Now that you have cleaned up your nutrition (mentioned in last post), you need to figure out your form of physical activity. The good news is I already have it figured out for you! The first thing you need to do is walk into a gym, open up a membership, and just get a feel for it if it's your first time. You're probably thinking "That's too basic". Here's the thing... The goal is to ease into this so that you can get your desired results by the end of your transformation. The more the you make the gym feel like home, the more comfortable you'll feel there. This way you can go in with no trouble and get started on your training. The specific routine I would do starting off in the gym a FULL BODY routine that takes only 3 days up. There's no need to push with extreme intensity in the beginning. Just do 2 to 3 sets of 8-10 for each exercise. Focus on getting the technique down and then we can start upping the intensity, volume, and climb the mountain further up.
