You don't find your Training Routine...
Most people believe that they need to follow Mr. 8 time Olympia's routine to get jacked.
Now well that may get you jacked, it doesn't offer a crucial element.
The element I'm talking about is "what serves you"
Being in the gym six times a week doing cardio everyday isn't why you guys are looking for. You're looking to bring in results with sacrificing your social life.
So why do six days a week when you can do THREE TIMES a week and still get the same result.
Ultimately three times a week still gives you enough time to hit the desired targeted muscles, you can progressively overload, and most importantly NOT SACRIFICE ANYTHING!
Do three full body workouts a week with higher intensity and focus on doing 3 sets of 8-12 reps to stick in that hypertrophy range.
Again...
Make sure you're progressively overloading, your intensity is up, and results will come to you.
