Why to never give up
Do you ever feel like you’re not enough? Stop feeling that way.
I know this doesn’t fall into the category of fitness but this could certainly relate to your fitness journey.
As you scroll through your Instagram or TikTok feed you see all these A1 physiques and you constantly compare yourself.
I’m guilty of this.
When I get complacent and I feel like I veer off my path, I always think about the progress I made.
You should tell yourself that you’ve made progress and there’s a significant amount to come your way as long as you stick with the plan.
Stop deviating. Dig deep!
