Figure out your Timeline
Now when I say figure out your timeline...
I can mean a hold load of things.
However, the timeline I'm talking about is more catered towards your transformation.
What I'm about to tell you is gonna take minimum 1 month! (Then we progress to the next thing)
Now that you have cleaned up your nutrition (mentioned in last post), you need to figure out your form of physical activity. The good news is I already have it figured out for you!
The first thing you need to do is walk into a gym, open up a membership, and just get a feel for it if it's your first time. You're probably thinking "That's too basic".
Here's the thing...
The goal is to ease into this so that you can get your desired results by the end of your transformation. The more the you make the gym feel like home, the more comfortable you'll feel there.
This way you can go in with no trouble and get started on your training.
The specific routine I would do starting off in the gym a FULL BODY routine that takes only 3 days up. There's no need to push with extreme intensity in the beginning. Just do 2 to 3 sets of 8-10 for each exercise. Focus on getting the technique down and then we can start upping the intensity, volume, and climb the mountain further up.
