Hi men. Since I started wearing cologne again here at home, my wife loves it and is now starting to compete with not only new perfumes (which smell amazing) but now the scented candles have come out. I've never had a home smell so good! Anyone else experiencing this snowball effect?

Had to share this because I thought it was hilarious... I'm at a point now where I'm finishing off the decants/samples that I like (I'll be parting ways with everything else) and last night I decided to finish off my Sauvage Parfum/EDT by layering them because there were only a couple of sprays of each. So I used them both up for the evening. I proceeded to go the corner store by my house where I pickup my indulgences (Soda, candy, etc) and the woman behind the counter immediately said to me, "you smell so good." I smiled and said thank you. She was about 2-3 feet away and this was probably 1-2hrs after putting them on. This morning, go to the same corner store (don't judge me LOL) and ANOTHER woman who works there says the same thing...except this time I have Explorer Extreme (Sauvage Elixir-ish) on and from the same distance (about 3hrs post spray) she says, "You smell really good. Not too heavy but it smells great." I laugh because I've only ever got compliments from my wife (which I'm good with...she's the only one that matters) but I find it hilarious that I got 2 in 2 days. Does make me wonder if I go noseblind more often than I think because I feel like I can't smell my frags sometimes even after a couple of hours. Either way, a nice win for the day. Hopefully this job I'm interviewing for today and tomorrow (rounds 2 and 3) will work out...back in the office a few days a week where I can flex my collection a bit more and get back to the world smelling like a whole new man. Maybe these compliments are a sign of things to come! Have a day gents!
