What can I do to improve call delivery? and then to improve appoints out of my 1300 calls only 24% where delivered and from that only 13% of my conversation resulted into an appointment

I am getting this notification: The assistant referenced in your make AI call action does not have an outbound number attached. Please check your settings on the assistant or the input in the request. but I am not sure account is referenced so I can figure whats going on

All numbers on the account are marked as Healthy. These are not cold calls and all agree to be called through forms they fill out. Is the account we bought the numbers from flagged? All numbers were bought through out account dashboard. What can we do to see what the cause is, and how to resolve it?

I have been having the same issue for over a month and have asked several times on how to fix it, hopefully someone comes up with a solutions because my clients expect the calls to go out and it doesn't help when over 80% call are bing rejected
