🚲 Time to show off your ride!
We want to see the machine that powers your climbs, sprints, and Sunday spins. But not just the glossy photo, give us the real story. 👇 In the comments, share: 📸 A photo of your bike ❤️ 3 things you love about it 🔧 1 thing you’d change or improve Be honest. Maybe it’s fast but uncomfortable. Maybe it climbs well but feels sluggish on the flats. Maybe it’s perfect... or you’re dreaming of that next upgrade. Let’s help each other make smarter gear decisions and have some fun while we’re at it 🚴💬

My real story is here during the mandatory caffeine refill before the final push 🤘😂
Mornig, afternoon of evening warrior?
Hi all! I'm just wondering when is your time to sit on the bike and train - is it early morning, somewhere during afternoon or late evening? For me the long rides work best early morning but it usually happens during weekends. During the week I usually get on at the evening which can be really challenging :D Yea, I think, I can wake up early and jump on the bike early morning but I'm really not sure how I would finish some hi intesity intervals at 4 or 5 am and then do something else without sleeping for nex 2 hours :D Any experiences?
Tires
I would like to get everyone thoughts on what tires they use and what size. I am currently using Schwalge G-one size 45.

Im on maxxis pursuer during the trainings and vittoria corsa something during the races. Both are 25 since I ride quite narrow (and shallow) rims, Fulcrum Racing Zeros with 17mm internal. But they ride rice and with the vittoria it has actually all I can ask for. Im not much heavy rider so the 25 mm wide isnt much of issue 😅

Hi! I always think about training structure... In standard periodization there is something like base phase followed by build phase (or whatever you call it). I wonder what is the signal or some kind of green light for you as a coach that the athlete has built enough of base and can move to build? Is there any sign you rely on or is it something like "lets try few weeks, we will see how you feel and respond and then lets try to switch to build and see how you feel and respond"?

I love to ask that to my friends but what Cycling Tip Transformed YOUR Riding? "You know that feeling? You've been riding, learning, maybe even struggling a bit with something... and then BAM! Someone shares a tip, you read an article, or something just clicks during a ride. Suddenly, that tricky climb feels a bit easier, your pacing makes sense, or that nagging discomfort disappears. It's like a little piece of the puzzle falls into place, and your whole cycling experience levels up. What was that 'game-changing' realization or piece of advice for YOU? Was it a tiny bike fit tweak? A new way to think about nutrition? A mental strategy for tough climbs? Or a technique you finally mastered? I'm super curious to hear your stories! Sharing these 'aha!' moments can be incredibly helpful for everyone in our community. Let's inspire each other! 👇

@Tim Warner haha, exactly! It was like… Man, I can still ride, what was wrong with me all the time? And then thinking of all those years of suffering not knowing how to eat 😅 I tried almost everything - buy different pruducts or prepare my own. But after all I got back to buying products but tried to find some that is somehow closer to endurance or ultra endurance… But the biggest change happened when I really focused on how many and when should I eat. Like - this amount of carbs and water during this period. And I even set an alarm to remind me I should eat. And it was like cheat code really 😂 I’ve been using Hammer Nutrition fow several years now and it works perfectly for me. Tested it on ultra, several unsupported 100 mile runs, long rides, few ironmans and few climbing missions… And all good. The important part I was missing was really to eat and drink from beginning and not to wait for.. Whatever I was waiting for 😅

@Rhyss Murty exacrtly! 😂 I remember riding my Specialized Epic about ten years ago with my friend. He - elite racer - planned the route and i just joined for a ride. With one 500ml of water. Not knowing how long the route is, how difficult it is, what terrain I should expect… yo just knew it will be difficult since he was a pro. And it was difficult 😂 But I thought - ok I knew that riding him is some kond of self torture so it is like it is… I didnt think of having 500ml of water is maybe not enough 😅
