When the Nudge Gets Louder… Listen
I had already started laundry earlier. Being a bit lazy with my waking routine (and knowing I have a tight window to get up and out the door on time), I usually lay out my workout clothes the night before. I don’t like those kinds of decisions anyway - grab and go is easier for me. I really didn’t want to go back downstairs to transfer the laundry and start another load. I felt somewhat confident I had clean gym clothes upstairs in the closet. I started making coffee and heard, “Do the laundry” and “Don’t leave it up to chance.” I brushed it off… I was almost done making coffee and heading to bed early. There would be plenty of time in the morning if I needed something from the dryer - I could adjust my lazy waking routine a bit to accomidate. Then I felt it again - this time stronger - in my chest: “Do the laundry.” Ok… fine!! I go downstairs, swap out the clothes, and put in a new load. Then I hear a loud thumping in the dryer. Hmm… I open it and start sifting through the clothes. My car key fob. OMG. I’m notoriously late for everything, and if I had gotten up in the morning, left things to chance, gotten into my car and couldn’t leave… it would’ve created a ripple effect for the entire morning. Sure, I have other keys - but I would’ve had to find them (yes, I’m a bit ridonkulous), and I would’ve been in panic mode the rest of the morning until I did found the fob Where was the fov? Yesterday’s pants pocket. 🤦‍♀️ Our team tells us. Guides us. Nudges us. And if we don’t listen… it gets louder. They are here to help! Sometimes we are simply too stubborn. I’m so grateful for mine. ✨😀❤️ What’s one of the most recent nudges you’ve had?

You’ve got the old spidey senses happening to remind you to go to the laundry. Yeah, you’re right. Sometimes we definitely have to trust them. I’m so glad you found your keys and didn’t have a freak out morning

@Jennie Sikes No bueno. Haha, Not being Spanish, I can't tell you how much I love using that term. Australians crack up every time we hear that.
National Love Your Pet Day
With the business of the last week, it completely slipped my mind! Let’s celebrate our fur (or feather) babies who nourish our soul with unconditional love and remind us to do the same with self and with others. Pics in comments! 🐈‍⬛ 🐕 🐦 🐍 🐒

We've got a LadyBrows. My wife provided the name due to the sheer size of eyebrows on her. A miniature schnauzer with a very high pitched bark. Very cuddly though.
Walk For Peace
This morning was a great moment in time for me. We woke early, headed out for coffee, hats, gloves, coats in tow and drove to an area in which the monks would be walking today. We stopped off at the grocery store for bananas. I get a call from hubs “don’t dilly dally - they are right across the street!” - apparently our timing was a few mins off. Crate full of bananas, we headed to our intended spot but were blocked. No worries - we laughed and chalked it up to a mini adventure, popping onto 95 to get ahead of them and back on to route 1 to a less populated area. We found the perfect place, cold, new meta glasses on, sun-shining but that wind was super cold! We met new friends and shared space with others. We spoke with the officers who were helping and their excitement and kindness was conveyed to us all as well. We were in it all as a collective. Excitement was in the air! More people started coming in with signs and children and dogs and smiles and flowers. We all paused as they walked closer. Crate of bananas out, I said thank you to each for their effort in this walk for peace. Just as quickly as they arrived, the moment passed. As we walked back to the car, I got choked up and smiled - all in total joy of this experience, of this movement, of the kindness and compassion within each of us that we can share with each other. It’s not always easy but it’s always within, always there for us to embrace. This walk is not an easy walk. The body, the mind and the soul - day in and out - an adventure, a journey, a push, a physical demand, a movement for a bigger perspective, a spiritual journey. Have you been tracking the journey? What are your thoughts on their efforts, their goal, their words each evening?

That's an amazing story @Jennie Sikes How far are these monks walking? How cold was it out there today? How good is PM Dawn? I love their music.
Nervous System Regulation + Intuition
Your intuition doesn’t get louder in chaos. It gets clearer in calm. When your nervous system is in fight, flight, or freeze, your body is focused on survival — not subtle signals. Stress creates noise. Intuition speaks quietly. Regulating your nervous system shifts you into safety and presence. That’s where gut feelings sharpen, synchronicities become noticeable, and spiritual connection deepens. A calm body is an open intuitive channel. A dysregulated body is signal interference. Below is a long list of free, simple nervous system regulators you can start using today. What are your daily go to’s? Which ones do you think you may incorporate into your lifestyle?

I tend to sigh way too much for a normal person then break into song. People think I’m weird, but it certainly helps me feel better 😛
