Hi everyone, I'm Tamara, from Australia. I am a calisthenics newbie! I have changed to a sedentary desk job and am slowly dying at my desk, becoming more stuff and sore everyday. I'm here to become mobile again, and to build a strong, resilient body. Calisthenics looks like a challenging but fun way to do this, I just don't know where to start.
