Tighter turn and heโ€™s safe? ๐Ÿค”
I can hear all of my old base running coaches yelling that he would be safe ๐Ÿ˜† What are yโ€™allโ€™s thoughts?

Looking for the ball slows you down look through your target. If guy on deck is in his position telling him to slide or where the ball, no need to look for the ball
Top Down vs Ground Up
Would love everyone's feedback on this. Do you think top down or do you focus on working from the ground up? I think my background of playing tennis allows top down to feel so much better for me but curious what has worked best for y'all. Pitchers- have y'all thought about focusing on the top down and allowing your lower half to do what it wants? Those has helped me, and my players, tap into more natural moves.

@Jantzen Witte the way I go about and taught around the org is bottom up. Making sure the foundation of the swing is strong. I believe the swing is a product of whatโ€™s working down there.

@Jantzen Witte thatโ€™s the great thing about hitting, there are multiple ways to get your swing off. All these great hitters that do similar things but all have different processes to get there.
