Hey everyone, Darian here. Now that I've engaged with the community enough to reach level 3, I'm looking to engage even more and start making some money! I’m looking to connect with investors open to a JV or task-based arrangement. Before starting my brand I’m currently looking to earn while I learn and build upon my soft-skills, so I’m focused on adding value in the meantime. I can help with lead generation, outbound outreach, pre-qualifying sellers or buyers, follow-up, and general sales support. Hey everyone, Darian here. I’m looking to connect with investors who could use extra help on the front end of deals. I’m currently blocked from being paid directly by title companies due to a temporary driver’s license issue, so I’m looking to JV or assist wholesalers who want support with tasks like lead follow-up, outbound calls, basic deal screening, or sourcing opportunities in exchange for fair compensation. I’m not asking for handouts. I’m looking to create value, sharpen my sales skills, and help move deals forward while I get past this short-term admin hurdle. My goal is to earn my way into the this business, uphold integrity, build trust, and then transition into running my own operation while continuing to collaborate with anyone who gives me a shot. I’m also happy to verify my identity with my current Texas DL on Zoom or communicate in whichever safe way you prefer.
