Who Has Xleads
Anybody Familiar with xleads on how to work the contracts and has time that can show me via zoom. I can pay for your time!!!! Deal almost ready to close just waiting on contract!
🏠 Why Every Wholesaler Needs a Website (Even If You’re Just Starting Out)
Hey Wholesaling Family 👋 We all know that finding and closing motivated sellers is the lifeblood of our business. Cold calls, driving for dollars, and texting all work… but here’s something many wholesalers overlook: having a simple website can multiply your credibility and bring in warmer leads. Here’s why 👇 - Credibility & Trust – When a seller Googles your name or company and sees a clean site, they instantly view you as legit (not just “another person trying to lowball them”). - 24/7 Online Presence – While you’re sleeping or busy locking up contracts, your website can be capturing leads with a simple form: “Need to sell your house fast? Fill this in.” - Cash Buyer Attraction – Buyers also check who they’re dealing with. A professional site makes it easier to build your list and move deals faster. - Stand Out from the Competition – Most wholesalers still don’t have a site. Being one of the few that does instantly sets you apart. 👉 The truth is: You don’t need something complicated. Even a 1–3 page site with a contact form, your company story, and a seller/buyer page can change the game. 💡 Imagine this: You’re cold calling a seller and they ask, “Do you have a website?” Instead of fumbling, you drop your link. That tiny moment of professionalism could be the difference between losing or locking up the deal. QUESTION FOR THE GROUP: Do you already use a website in your wholesaling business, or do you think social media alone is enough for credibility today? Can’t wait to hear your thoughts 👇

@Cameron Magpoc When I first started, I didn’t have an LLC. I got really close to closing my first deal, but when the seller asked me what my company name was, I gave them the name I planned to use once I formed my LLC. I thought it was no big deal but they actually looked it up, saw nothing came up, and then stopped replying. Lesson learned. After that, I tried a different approach. Another seller asked me about my business name, and this time I told them I didn’t have a business yet and that I worked under someone else (like someone in the community suggested). Their response was that they preferred working with someone who had a company. So here’s the takeaway: it can be hit or miss. I’ve seen plenty of people in this community close deals with and without an LLC. Forming one does cost money, but the most important thing is always be honest even if it costs you a deal. In the long run, honesty builds trust, and trust closes deals.
XLEADS A2P
Hey fam, quick question has anyone here completed the A2P registration on Xleads? I reached out to support and they sent me some videos and steps, but I still can’t figure it out. I’m stuck on the website part and filling out the business profile (I already have the domain set up) and could really use some guidance. If someone’s willing to walk me through it maybe on a quick Zoom call I’m happy to pay for your time and help. I know time is money, Please let me know, I’d really appreciate it!

You can’t fail unless you quit
God is good y’all! I closed on a house in Denver, CO on Friday, July 25th and made a $14k fee on it. My JV partners put in a lot of work on the dispo side and made a decent fee as well. Shout out to Max Dispo! I also closed on a vacant lot in Bella Vista, AR on Monday and made $1k on it. It’s small, but I’ll take it! Should have another one under contract here in the next couple hours, God willing. All from the comfort of my home in El Paso, TX! God’s timing is perfect! I have a lot of big expenses coming up and these checks couldn’t have come at a better time. Stay at it guys! Keep God first and everything else will fall into place.

🤦🏾‍♂️
Had a guy that was interested in selling his house. Been trying to set up to look at the house for about a month but he kept on flaking on me. Looked online today and seen he listed it with a realtor 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️ thought I had my first deal but I guess not. Has this ever happened to anyone? On to the next

Man what a headache, only means your getting closer and closer to that first deal. I went through almost the same situation I was about to close a Lot deal and turn out not happening because the wife was trying to sale it behind the husbands back 🤦‍♂️
