Hip pain and belly fat. I have identified some foods that were causing inflammation and Iโ€™m still eliminating foodsโ€ฆ.I guess by process of elimination.

I donโ€™t get enough rest, I donโ€™t eat enough and I need to increase my protein intake.

I do most of whatโ€™s on the lists. Number 3 is where I need to step it up. I think I need to balance my blood sugar. Lately I have been having terrible sugar and carb cravings.
