What is the biggest risk you have taken which paid off the most?
I am subscribed to the belief that stepping out of ones comfort zone can lead to greater outcomes in life, even smaller scale actional steps have resulted in a tonic outcomes within my own life. There's also something to be said for finding your comfort zone and developing within that space, which sounds paradoxical but might still hold truth in other contexts. I also find the concept of flow being highly useful when observing where discipline meets motivation. Naturally motivation comes in waves unreliably but should be leveraged when available, developed discipline carries you through the troughs of life. Flow is finding that perfect balance where skill meets challenge. I'd love to hear some of your thoughts on comfort zones, risk vs reward, flow states, as well as any recommended books you'd like to share.
Health practices to do
I am searching for the best health practices that stop root problems like inflammation and heal the body and exercises that build the body things to avoid that can cause issues are also highly appreciated. Anything helps and thankyou

Fascial tissue connection. This is a topic I've found much interest in of lately which has been increasingly researched and discussed in sports/health communities. Fascia is the thin connective tissue surrounding every muscle, organ, and bone in our body. It plays a significant role in proprioception, mobility, and by developing our fascial tissue network we can avoid injury, strengthen posture, whilst developing elasticity. You could be absolutely jacked yet have an underdeveloped fascial tissue network making you more prone to injury. Developing fascia looks like mobility training, box jumps, skipping rope, holding stretches, walking lunges, and releasing myofascial binds can include rolling on a tennis ball, yoga, and massage. A healthy fascial network will improve your overall health, absorption of impact, and longevity.
