🥷✨ Ninja update unlocked! ✨🥷
After my bold “Ninja of the Midwest” presentation, something unexpected happened… The final decision call that was supposed to take 3–5 days came the very next day! ⚡📞 🥁🥁🥁 I received a job offer — and I said YES! 🎉💥 I’ll officially be joining Asahi Intecc as the new Neuro Territory Manager of Midwest starting June 17th! 🧠🥷🩺 This journey has been one of purpose, resilience, and a few creative risks — and I couldn’t be more excited for this new chapter. Wish me luck! 🥷🔥 The Midwest Ninja is ready for battle. 💪 Thank you for giving the tools for this @Vanessa Ziccardi @Samuel Adeyinka @Mary Grace

Interview Advice
Quick question for anyone who’s been through the medical device interview process — What are the key things a candidate should do during a ride-along to make a strong impression? And what are some things that could potentially disqualify someone, even after making it to the final round? I recently had a ride-along for a Sales Rep role with Stryker. I watched multiple videos of the procedure beforehand to make sure I was prepared for the OR environment, and I asked the rep a lot of thoughtful questions throughout the day. Just trying to learn from the experience and get sharper for the next opportunity. Any insights would mean a lot — appreciate the help.

Interview Experience
Has anyone ever experienced an interview where it starts off positive and towards the end you feel as if you are being attacked for being thorough and doing your research?

Final round with Asahi
Hi EYS Team! I’m excited to share that today I completed the final interview with Asahi Intecc for the Neuro Territory Manager role — and what a journey it has been! Here’s how the process unfolded: - ✅ Initial call with the recruiter - ✅ Videocall with the Hiring Manager - ✅ In-person interview with the National Clinical Specialist, where I was asked to deliver an in-service on one of their products (I chose one and built the presentation using their brochures) - ✅ Second videocall with the Hiring Manager - ✅ Final videocall today with the VP of U.S. Sales For today’s interview, I took a bit of a creative risk — and it paid off. 🥷✨ Since I knew the VP appreciated presentations and data, I prepared a storytelling-style deck called “The New Ninja of the Midwest.” 🥷📈 (When we started our call after saying hi, thank you for your time and the Q&A will start, I told him: “I’d love to do something a little different for you — we can have a normal interview, or... I can tell you a Ninja story.” 👀) In the presentation, I: - Framed the territory challenges and opportunities 📉📈 - Positioned myself as the New Ninja ready to conquer the Midwest with purpose, creativity, and discipline ⚔️ - Presented my 30-60-90 day plan using white, yellow, and black belt stages 🥋 - Shared 6-month territory insights and growth ideas 💡 At the end, the VP told me my presentation was outstanding, and our conversation shifted from “Why should we hire you?” to “What are you going to do in the territory?” 🥷💥(I felt like I have the job and I'm having my business review with him) No matter the final outcome, I feel proud and grateful — for the process, the people I’ve met, and everything I’ve learned along the way. Wish me luck! 🤩 @Vanessa Ziccardi 😍
