Penumbra Inc. 2° interview
Good morning/evening everyone (I don't know what time zone you are in right now 😂). I'm here to kindly ask you and gain feedback on how to prepare best for my 2° interview with Penumbra Inc. with the first hiring manager (I have 2 more to go I think). What type of questions should I expect from this part of the process? Thank you in advance! Michele Tufariello

They could ask you how would you handle off label?, how will you turn a physician into Penumbra?, how will you introduce the technology in a new center?,are you familiar with long procedures? I hope that helps! Good luck!
🥷✨ Ninja update unlocked! ✨🥷
After my bold “Ninja of the Midwest” presentation, something unexpected happened… The final decision call that was supposed to take 3–5 days came the very next day! ⚡📞 🥁🥁🥁 I received a job offer — and I said YES! 🎉💥 I’ll officially be joining Asahi Intecc as the new Neuro Territory Manager of Midwest starting June 17th! 🧠🥷🩺 This journey has been one of purpose, resilience, and a few creative risks — and I couldn’t be more excited for this new chapter. Wish me luck! 🥷🔥 The Midwest Ninja is ready for battle. 💪 Thank you for giving the tools for this @Vanessa Ziccardi @Samuel Adeyinka @Mary Grace

Final round interview Advice
I made it to the final round interview for a sports medicine role at an orthopedic device company. I’ll be interviewing with the Executive VP, and possibly the Sales Director. I want to prepare as thoroughly as possible, and not give them a reason to give the job to someone else. Based off anyone’s experience, what questions from these individuals should I most likely expect to answer? Any insight you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

What went well with me with a VP is that I turned the interview into a Business Review. Instead of what they should hire me I started to talk about my plan 30/60/90. Your questions could be about the sales/clinical strategy, gain market share or make the pie bigger? Accounts for hunting vs farming? Asked about numbers, gross margins, etc. Good luck!
Interview Advice
Quick question for anyone who’s been through the medical device interview process — What are the key things a candidate should do during a ride-along to make a strong impression? And what are some things that could potentially disqualify someone, even after making it to the final round? I recently had a ride-along for a Sales Rep role with Stryker. I watched multiple videos of the procedure beforehand to make sure I was prepared for the OR environment, and I asked the rep a lot of thoughtful questions throughout the day. Just trying to learn from the experience and get sharper for the next opportunity. Any insights would mean a lot — appreciate the help.
