Interview Advice
Quick question for anyone who’s been through the medical device interview process —
What are the key things a candidate should do during a ride-along to make a strong impression? And what are some things that could potentially disqualify someone, even after making it to the final round?
I recently had a ride-along for a Sales Rep role with Stryker. I watched multiple videos of the procedure beforehand to make sure I was prepared for the OR environment, and I asked the rep a lot of thoughtful questions throughout the day. Just trying to learn from the experience and get sharper for the next opportunity.
Any insights would mean a lot — appreciate the help.
