@Jorden Williams @Mike Copeland Can we please get a time frame on the latency issue for outbound calling. this issue is having very negative impacts on my business and we need to see some kind of progress in this resolution or will have to ask for a refund for these issues. I no longer have the context action available in my workflows and was testing some older workflows from the nudge budge and infinite follow up and the context action is giving me 400 error. Did this action get removed during my hiatus.

I have around 30 sub-accounts that are no longer active but still show a positive balance. How can I transfer those funds back to my agency balance? I have clients asking the same thing, and I’m uncomfortable telling them that money would be lost.
