Conversions stuff
Hey. Iโ€™m at 1% conversion rate for my community from free to one of two tiers. Iโ€™m emailing, dMing and posting content thatโ€™s getting engagement, 45% are engaged and Iโ€™m posting offers every week. Tiers are 27$ and 67$ This conversion seems low. Am I right? Iโ€™m looking for hints, tips or maybe just some soothing words that everything is going to be alright. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜ข Is anyone else in this same boat?

@Dave Morrow First thing I noticed is your email went to my spam. Here are some other notes just from that first email: - You shouldn't have to worry about if they created an account or not... they will automatically have one if they requested to join your community. - Your "If it is a weekday and you haven't been approved within 24 hours, Shoot Me A Messageย on Skool" in your email doesn't actually go to a message box to you... It only goes to your profile, which doesn't give the option to message. - There are a couple other things... but I think this welcome email should be simple... and should give them something to do while they wait... maybe you have a doc or something they can fill out... but I would say, so that you don't keep going to spam... just ask them to reply to the email if they want the free resource while they wait... and then have an automation that will send that to them after. I would probably revamp that first email or seperate into a seperate email sequence over the first week... that's a lot for day 1.

Struggling Recently
I've been struggling recently... maybe I'm not the only one... I have spent the last 2 years, and invested lots of money into figuring out how to make business work in my life. I started out coaching IT people to be healthier, then moved to dads, then started to focus more on family leadership and that was my focus through the last year. I've now moved on to more system/tech/AI/Automation stuff because that's the stuff I love doing... but I'm realizing there's a bit of a learning curve to some of the things I've been trying to learn, and after a discussion with my wife... I noticed that my mood has shifted some, I'm not as energetic, and I always talk about making "the business" work... and honestly I'm drained, haha. And I think she is too. There are two significant things that I need to work through in my personal life... and have been a main factor over the last 2 years on why I believe things have been hard for me: - I need to build a deeper relationship with God - need to gain control of my binge eating disorder I am avoiding them in an effort to get "the business" going... yet they are the things that if I KNEW I solved... "the business" would be doing exponentially better. My question for the community, because I'm sure I'm not the only one who's been there... What do I do? I still have my Dad Uprising community, so I feel like I need to stick there... drop everything else, and focus on my two big things that I mentioned above... but I also sort of just want to disappear until July (obviously let them know that) and then come back once I've done some deep deep work on myself in those two areas I talked about above. I value and appreciate your feedback ๐Ÿ™

@Hayden Wilder I appreciate the kind words and three teenagers! Pshew. Your grocery bill must be through the roof ๐Ÿคฃ But I love what youโ€™re teaching them, to feel and process and leadโ€ฆ itโ€™s all necessary and something Iโ€™ve been slowly learning how to do over the last 5-6 years.

Gratitude In Action
A little over a year ago, this was my first real coaching investment. The kind where you do not really have the money but you commit anyway and figure it out. At that time, I was a full time firefighter, burnt out, running on two to three hours of sleep between shifts, and in a pretty low place mentally, physically, and emotionally. Fast forward to now. My life looks completely different. I went from zero clients to building a business that replaced my income and then some. Not because I am special, but because I applied the frameworks and actually did the work. This post is not a flex. It is appreciation. If I could build this under those conditions, I genuinely believe anyone here can too if they commit to the principles, take action, and stay consistent. Grateful for this community and the people who built it. If you are on the fence or doubting yourself, this is your reminder that change can happen faster than you think when you decide to go all in. @Alexander VandeLaar @Dan Harrison @Gabby Domiray

I love the beginning... I feel like the part with you talking could have been better though... it's slightly confusing that you're out in the cold without a cup of coffee or even in a coffee shop... because I think that would be powerful like you recording while sipping a coffee at a table or something like that. And like @Jessica Clark said above, the no hype no fuff, just _____ I feel like AI LOVES those statements... I instructed my AI to have no em dashes, don't use the words hype or fluff, and also no, "This isn't ______ This is ______" style statements, haha. Also, if you have some recordings of you just talking normally, or talking through the process of starting a coffee shop using something like whispr where you can just talk and let it record to hear how you actually talk and words you use, you could train the script to be 10x better! I love the action and getting it done and getting it out there though... action and iteration beats the fear of perfection. Great job ๐Ÿ™Œ

I just crossed the 100 member threshhold... This has been a long purposeful build, fuckin up and figuring this shit out, And finding my 10 true regulars, from internet strangers to active members that has become the heartbeat inside the community, Now with ADS running direct to my community, it's time for me to level up and start making some $$$ Im not where I want to be yet... but i'm on the right path and I know I'll get there LFG
