A little over a year ago, this was my first real coaching investment. The kind where you do not really have the money but you commit anyway and figure it out. At that time, I was a full time firefighter, burnt out, running on two to three hours of sleep between shifts, and in a pretty low place mentally, physically, and emotionally. Fast forward to now.
