So how do we spend our time in a manner that makes it align with our goals and dream life? ๐ŸŒŸ Motivation is great โ€“ but structure is what actually moves the needle. And this workshop is all about giving you both.๐Ÿชก So if you've been looking for the insights and clarity to finally get on top of your time, your schedule, your energy and ultimately how you live your life.. โ†’ This is for you.๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ โ“ So... what will this Workshop give you?๐Ÿค” โœ… Understanding the 4 quadrants of time-planning (and why most people get stuck in the wrong one) โœ… How to create a weekly schedule that reflects your actual values โ€” not just your to-do list. โœ… The art of building a balanced schedule (and life) that includes time for what truly matters, your goals, but also rest and enjoyment. โœ… Tools, mindset shifts, and planning methods to stop burning out, to work smarter and not harder. And it isn't just a 1-hour call. Youโ€™ll also get: ๐Ÿ“ Practical exercises and frameworks to implement right away. ๐Ÿ“ฅ Downloadable worksheets to use again and again. ๐ŸŽฅ A full recording to revisit whenever you need. ๐Ÿ’ฌ Time for personal questions and live coaching throughout. Day 2๏ธโƒฃ Of The Mindfulness Meditation Weekly Micro-Challenge ๐Ÿง˜
Hello again, beautiful people! Hope you had a great and insightful experience yesterday โ€” itโ€™s been great reading your initial reflections and seeing how you all showed up for yourselves. ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ I definitely had a great time prioritizing the 10 minutes for myself, and found the prompt to really help me emerge in the moment and forget everything else. ๐Ÿ’ญ So with that.. Day 2๏ธโƒฃ of the challenge is here. Todayโ€™s reminder is simple: ๐Ÿ“ Carve out your 10-minute pocket of stillness. Morning, midday, or evening โ€” wherever it fits into your life.๐Ÿ™‚ Plan for it. Show up. Honor it.๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ Settle in. Eyes closed. Breathing soft. No expectations. Just you and the moment. โ†’ Let the thoughts rise and pass. โ†’ Let your breath bring you back when it drifts. โ†’ And if it feels natural, gently explore todayโ€™s promptโ€ฆโฌ‡๏ธ โ€œThink of one thing youโ€™re grateful for today โ€” then see if you can find two more.โ€ Let those feelings of gratitude settle in. Let them expand.๐Ÿ’ญ Then, if you want, turn your focus toward something youโ€™ve recently overcome โ€” something that felt hard, but that you moved through. Something that makes you feel proud of yourself. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ Let that pride and strength fill your chest.. You donโ€™t have to do anything with it โ€” just be with it.โณ ๐Ÿ“Œ And if you feel the pull to reflect after your session โ€“ journal, voice note, or simply share your experience in the comments โ€“ Iโ€™d love to hear how it felt for you.๐Ÿ˜€ Until tomorrow, Iโ€™m rooting for you.

This time the meditation was harder, quite a lot of thoughts and distractions but in the end I was quite relaxed, so I am satisfied. I was grateful for was that I recently joined a dabating class and It was a fun introduction lesson that I had, I am grateful that I have the opportunity to learn about debating as a side-course from my school. I was also grateful for the amount of knowledge that is available through the Internet and it's incredible how much I've learned because of the information. I felt a very specific exciting gratefulness for everything that I can still learn and the stuff that I know that I can discover. I was left wondering about the levels of consciousness and awakening that are achievable.. It's so incredibly insane and wonderful. If it wasnt for the internet, I wouldn't know these and a ton of other stuff. I am grateful for being born in this era and situation.

@Hamrah Basheer Appreciate you commenting! Not all days are easy and that's part of it. Personally I prefer not to use sounds/anything else. Visualisations, counting and music does really help with concentration but personally I think it's better for me to not use those practices since this can potentially block the natural/physical experience of the breath and feeling sensations in the body. No externals, pure internal. That being said, currently I am experimenting a bit with eyes open to see how that translates differently to all-day experience (since mostly during the day you also have your eyes open).
Day 1๏ธโƒฃ Of The Mindfulness Meditation Weekly Micro-Challenge ๐Ÿง˜
Hello thinkers and ponderers๐Ÿ’ญ Welcome to a brand new week โ€” and day 1 of this Weekly Micro-Challenge. This time, weโ€™re beginning not with action, but with presence.๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ Being ambitious often lends oneself to lots of thinking and analyzing. Therefore, through this challenge, we'll approach thinking from a different angle โ€“ not to get lost in our thoughts or get through them, but to be intentional and present with them. ๐Ÿ˜€ โœจ So, for todayโ€™s mindfulness session: ๐Ÿ“ Choose a moment in your day that lends itself well to a quiet moment. โžก๏ธ It could be first thing in the morning, a quiet pause during your break, or a way to wind down before bed. Whatever feels doable โ€” just make space for it. Plan for it. And when the time comes, honor it.๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ ๐Ÿง˜ Sit down, close your eyes, and take a few easy breaths. No goal. No pressure. Just give yourself this moment to be still. Focus on slowing your breathing (in through the nose, out through the mouth) and relaxing. Let your thoughts come and go without chasing them โ€“ and simply focus on being in the moment without right or wrong.๐Ÿ’ญ If it feels right and not too forced, I invite you to explore todayโ€™s prompt in your mind.. โ€ Thereโ€™s nothing you need to do with the answers. Just sit with them. Let the warmth of that joy stay a little longer. Let it linger. ๐Ÿ“Œ If you feel the need to reflect on the experience afterward โ€” journal a few lines, record a voice note, and feel free to share it with the community. Looking forward to reading yours!ย ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ Until then, I'm rooting for you. โ€“ ๐˜ ๐˜ฐ๐˜ถ๐˜ณ๐˜ด ๐˜›๐˜ณ๐˜ถ๐˜ญ๐˜บ

Last night I had a good meditation experience. I did my usual "satisfaction meditation" whereby I just simply focus on the present and cultivating a feeling of satisfaction from simply being in the present. Normally I do it with my eyes open, but this time I did it with eyes closed, and it did feel differently! I think I was able to feel a bit more satisfaction than I usually can, I did it for the usual 30 minutes, and it went by quickly! Did not have an answer for the prompt during the meditation, so I simply let go of trying to find one and go back to the present.

Hello, fellow intentional beings and thinkers! ๐Ÿ™‚ Hope you've all had some time to recharge and get ready for this new week with a clear mind โ€” or at least ready to cultivate more of both. ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ Itโ€™s time for our next ๐–๐ž๐ž๐ค๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐Œ๐ข๐œ๐ซ๐จ-๐‚๐ก๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ž๐ง๐ ๐ž. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ โ•This time.. Weโ€™re shifting our focus from ๐˜ฅ๐˜ฐ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜จ to ๐˜ฃ๐˜ฆ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜จ. Because in a world that constantly demands your attention, reclaiming even 10 minutes to slow down, breathe, and come back to yourself is a simple yet super impactful habit.. โ†’ Spend 10 minutes each day this week with stillness in mindfulness & meditation.๐Ÿง˜ ๐Ÿ“Œ Each day, simply carve out 10 quiet minutes just for you. โžก๏ธ Begin by simply sitting down, closing your eyes, and taking a few gentle breaths โ€” enough to ground yourself in the present moment. From there, just be still. Let the noise settle. Let your thoughts rise and pass. โžก๏ธ You can simply stay with your breath and observe what surfaces, or choose to bring your attention to a specific prompt (which Iโ€™ll share each day). โžก๏ธ No journaling. No doing. No objective โ€“ Simply focus on ๐˜ฃ๐˜ฆ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜จ.. With your breath, your thoughts, and the moment. ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ ๐Ÿ“ŒJust set the timer for 10 minutes, and give yourself the gift of presence. ๐ŸŒŸ โ•๐๐’โ• No matter your previous experience with meditation and mindfulness, I encourage you to engage with an open mind.. Itโ€™s not about doing it perfectly.. Itโ€™s about showing up for yourself with intention.๐ŸŒŸ โ†’ Iโ€™ll be sharing a new prompt for you to use each day, alongside some of my reflections as the week goes โ€” and would love to hear your experiences and insights in the comments or your own posts inside the โ€œ๐–๐ž๐ž๐ค๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐Œ๐ข๐œ๐ซ๐จ-๐‚๐ก๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ž๐ง๐ ๐ž๐ฌโ€ topic.๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ Let's together create an intentional, recharging, and immersive week.

I got this with EASE! Let's go for a mindful week!
Day 1 & 2 of my daily wins!
So because I forgot to make a post yesterday, I will do both today! Day 1 (yesterday) Had a very good call with my friend and discussed important plans for the future of MetaPlay, getting much more clear on what to do. It's a win because it was an important convo and it was a bit over due perhaps. 2nd win, I did my first Calisthenics workout (normally I do weightlifting). I did a lot of stretching in the end aswell, was quite painful not gonna lie. Am also happy that the workout itself was intense bc of my shorter rest breaks. (Day 2 comment: still feel very sore in my back and legs) Day 2 (Today!) Today I had to present my work for the final assignment from one of my classes. Unexpectedly I got graded a 10, which is a great win.. Since this was also the last thing I had to do for this semester so it's a great way to end it. (+ now a have 1,5 weeks of "free time"). Also I did quite a lot more reading than usual today, felt really good and was able to stay focused during reading.
Day 1 & 2 of my daily wins!
