๐Ÿ“Œ Each day, simply carve out 10 quiet minutes just for you.
โžก๏ธ Begin by simply sitting down, closing your eyes, and taking a few gentle breaths โ€” enough to ground yourself in the present moment.
From there, just be still. Let the noise settle. Let your thoughts rise and pass.
โžก๏ธ You can simply stay with your breath and observe what surfaces, or choose to bring your attention to a specific prompt (which Iโ€™ll share each day).
โžก๏ธ No journaling. No doing. No objective โ€“ Simply focus on ๐˜ฃ๐˜ฆ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜จ.. With your breath, your thoughts, and the moment. ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ
