Because in a world that constantly demands your attention, reclaiming even 10 minutes to slow down, breathe, and come back to yourself is a simple yet super impactful habit..๐ญ

โ Spend 10 minutes each day this week with stillness in mindfulness & meditation.๐ง
๐ Each day, simply carve out 10 quiet minutes just for you.
โก๏ธ Begin by simply sitting down, closing your eyes, and taking a few gentle breaths โ enough to ground yourself in the present moment.
From there, just be still. Let the noise settle. Let your thoughts rise and pass.
โก๏ธ You can simply stay with your breath and observe what surfaces, or choose to bring your attention to a specific prompt (which Iโll share each day).
โก๏ธ No journaling. No doing. No objective โ Simply focus on ๐ฃ๐ฆ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ.. With your breath, your thoughts, and the moment. ๐๏ธ
๐Just set the timer for 10 minutes, and give yourself the gift of presence. ๐
