I definitely had a great time prioritizing the 10 minutes for myself, and found the prompt to really help me emerge in the moment and forget everything else. 💭
So with that..
Day 2️⃣ of the challenge is here.
Today’s reminder is simple:
📍 Carve out your 10-minute pocket of stillness.
Morning, midday, or evening — wherever it fits into your life.🙂
Plan for it. Show up. Honor it.🙏🏼
🧘‍♀️ Settle in. Eyes closed. Breathing soft. No expectations. Just you and the moment.
→ Let the thoughts rise and pass.
→ Let your breath bring you back when it drifts.
→ And if it feels natural, gently explore today’s prompt…⬇️
“Think of one thing you’re grateful for today — then see if you can find two more.”
Let those feelings of gratitude settle in. Let them expand.💭
Then, if you want, turn your focus toward something you’ve recently overcome — something that felt hard, but that you moved through. Something that makes you feel proud of yourself. 🙌🏼
Let that pride and strength fill your chest.. You don’t have to do anything with it — just be with it.⏳
