@Shani Sherwin this is great way to use Sage to help us refine everything to really be targetted for us personally!
Done is Better than Perfect
Just wrote my Commitment Letter for Week 1 and the pattern was hiding in plain sight. Music showed up in nearly every answer I gave, even when the question wasn't about music. For 14 years I've let everything else come first - the renovation, the TV work, the eight different hats on my website. Not anymore. My Big Rock: make tangible weekly progress on recording my album, with music on the FRONT burner. Done is better than perfect. Let's go.

@Shani Sherwin I feel you.
My commitment letter
I, Daisy, am here because for years I've watched myself wandering in life hiding behind many masks built for safety — a perfectionist, a pleaser, an invisible — to the point that I've lost touch with who I actually am underneath. At this stage of my life, after the worst time and mourning my parents, I could no longer pretend this was working and the reality of my ADHD exploded to be diagnosed. I started this program because I'm tired of freezing in front of the work I love, tired of feeling like an imposter in a life I built with my own efforts, and because I refuse to become a bitter old woman who never let herself be seen. I commit to showing up, not perfection. To completing my daily check-ins. To create in my notebook a collection of evidence of who I am becoming, and let go of the fear of being who I am. To make progress in my science every working day, no matter how little. To manifest in my communities at least once a week. To engaging with Skool and the coaching calls instead of disappearing. When it gets hard — and it will, as it already started to be — I will return to my notebook. I will read my Big Rocks and my Anti-Goals out LOUD. I will ask my splenic gut, not my anxious mind. I will reach out to the community instead of hiding. I will do the bare minimum protocol rather than nothing. And I will remember today, Monday May 18, 2026 — the day I started to panic but managed fear to calm and took my cat to the vet on time, went to do something I felt unprepared for and made it, not perfect, not the best, but proving that showing up beats getting it right. I understand that transformation is not linear. I will fall and fall but refuse that be a fail. What matters is that I come back and rise again. Never miss two days.

@Ligia Ryon I had that problem too, but what you do is copy and paste the excerpt that they give to you put your finger on the last word and then draw it up and copy it and then go to the link that says share that should work

Ouff!
The mirror principle just clicked. The "mess" in my attic isn't clutter. It's the half-finished dreams I haven't been ready to grieve. Turns out I haven't been procrastinating decluttering. I've been protecting myself from deciding which versions of me get to live and which ones I finally lay to rest.

A MORNING ROUTINE HAS COMMENCED...
This morning was GREAT! Woke up early! Able to sit on Clifford, my big red chair and just think about my morning. Stretched, showered (with a cold burst), brushed my teeth, washed my face and applied lotion, did my makeup, and hair AT HOME!!! I didnt know people even did those things at home. I thought they were all ment for the car (well except the shower). Got my lunch ready and still out the door 9 min early.
